All orders will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays to prevent your brittle from being held in a warehouse Saturday and Sunday.
We make everything to order to provide you with the freshest product possible. Once an order is placed, it can take 1-2 business days before your order is ready to ship. Once your package is picked up by the carrier, it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order, depending on location. Northeast orders may take 1-2 business days to arrive. West Coast orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification from us with tracking information once your package has shipped. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days. Additionally, the end of a business day will vary by carrier and by the destination's time zone.
Please ensure that all shipping addresses you provide are accurate. Our carriers require accurate addresses and phone numbers, and they do not ship to PO Boxes; you must provide a street address. Brooklyn Brittle is not responsible for charges incurred as a result of packages that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses. These charges include extra shipping costs and the cost of product replacement.
You can place an order online anytime you'd like. Our daily cut-off for orders is 12 pm EST. You can expect delivery within the timeframes provided under "shipping policy" above.
OVERNIGHT & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship overnight if you need us to do so, but you must contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
We do not currently offer international shipping online. If you would like to ship overseas, please contact us for delivery time and pricing.
